Mixed feelings about JetLy

JetLy was okay for the price, but the plane was late and the crew seemed a bit unorganized. The seats were comfy though, and I liked the in-flight entertainment. Not sure I'd choose them again.

Worst Flight Experience

I had the worst experience flying with JetLy. My flight was delayed for more than 5 hours with no explanation. Customer service was unhelpful and rude. Never again.

Terrible experience

Frustrating situation

Never Again

JetLy is the worst airline I have ever flown with. My flight was canceled with no reason given. I’m really angry. They need to do better.

Not impressed with JetLy

I booked a flight to LA, and it was delayed for over three hours. Nobody bothered to give us updates. I had to chase down info myself. Definitely won't use them again.

Mixed feelings

Frustrating Customer Service

Had a bad experience with JetLy. I had to wait over an hour just to talk to someone about my delayed flight. The staff was nice but they really seemed overwhelmed.

Completely Unacceptable

I can't believe how bad it was. The seats were uncomfortable, the flight attendants were not friendly, and I felt like I wasted my money. Zero stars if I could.
