Very Unhappy

Disappointing Experience

Not as Expected

Not impressed with JetLy

Frustrating Customer Service

Had a bad experience with JetLy. I had to wait over an hour just to talk to someone about my delayed flight. The staff was nice but they really seemed overwhelmed.
