Disappointed with return policy

I bought a gorgeous vase but it broke during shipping. Tried to return it, and the process was really frustrating. I expected better customer service.

Could do better

A decent amount of options, but I feel like the quality can vary a lot. My new candle holder broke after a couple of uses. Not sure I’ll be rushing back. Definitely need to check what I buy.

Not impressed

After my last visit, I'm not really happy with HomeGoods. Bought a rug that looked nice in the store, but it started shedding all over my floor after just a week. A bit disappointed.

Not impressed

I ordered a few items online and they arrived damaged. Customer service was slow to respond and it took ages to get a replacement. Very disappointed.

Disappointing customer service

I went to HomeGoods last week and was really let down. I found a couple of cute things but when I tried to ask a staff member for help, they seemed disinterested and just brushed me off. The checkout also took forever. Not what I expected from a place like this.

Disappointing visit

Honestly, I expected more. The items looked worn and the shelves seemed messy. I picked up a vase, but it had a huge chip! Quality control seems lacking for sure.

Disappointed again

Second time ordering from HomeGoods and my experience was another letdown. Items were missing from my order and I had to wait weeks for a refund. Not what I expected.
