I really like the variety of home decor items at HomeGoods. Found some great wall art for my living room. However, the staff didn’t assist me when I needed help finding something. Still, I'd go back.

Disappointed with return policy

Mixed feelings
I’ve been to HomeGoods a few times. Some awesome stuff, but once I bought a coffee table that had a scratch I didn’t notice until I got home. Not sure if I’ll risk it again.

Great deals and finds!
I love going to HomeGoods! I'm always amazed by what I find. Just got a beautiful dining set for half the price I saw online. Definitely coming back!

Decent selection, but quality varies
I was excited to shop at HomeGoods after hearing great things. They have a decent variety of home decor and furniture at reasonable prices. But honestly, the quality isn’t consistent. Some items looked cheap and poorly made. I picked up a few things, but I’m not sure how long they’ll last.

A decent amount of options, but I feel like the quality can vary a lot. My new candle holder broke after a couple of uses. Not sure I’ll be rushing back. Definitely need to check what I buy.

Not impressed
After my last visit, I'm not really happy with HomeGoods. Bought a rug that looked nice in the store, but it started shedding all over my floor after just a week. A bit disappointed.

Just got back from HomeGoods and I'm so happy! Got a gorgeous set of pillows and a cute throw for my couch. Prices are fair, and I always find unique items. Can't wait to go again.

Okay experience overall
I grabbed some nice kitchen stuff there but had to deal with a long checkout line. They had a sale on pots and pans, which was great, but I wish they could speed things up.

Mixed feelings about my visit

Disappointing customer service
I went to HomeGoods last week and was really let down. I found a couple of cute things but when I tried to ask a staff member for help, they seemed disinterested and just brushed me off. The checkout also took forever. Not what I expected from a place like this.
