Good but had a couple of hiccups
I recently got a water fountain for my backyard. Looks amazing, but it came with a small crack. Customer service was quick to help though, so that’s a plus.

Good experience, but...
I bought a patio set a month ago. Overall, it's great and looks nice. But the assembly instructions were a bit confusing, took me longer than I expected. Still, I'm satisfied with the product.

Pretty good but room for improvement
