Mixed feelings about Freightos
I used Freightos for a shipment recently. The process was okay, but I had to call support a couple of times to clarify things. Pricing seemed a bit high compared to others, but I liked the tracking feature.

I used Freightos for a shipment last month. The booking process was a bit confusing, but once I figured it out, things went smoothly. Still, customer support took ages to respond.

I'm mostly happy with Freightos. The booking process is fairly straightforward and I like how many options they provide. But I wish their support team would be more responsive.
