Wanted better communication
So, I chose FreightHub hoping for a smooth ride but it was pretty rocky. They missed a couple of key updates about my shipment and it caused a lot of stress. Not impressed.

I thought FreightHub would be a good choice based on reviews, but I wasn't happy with my experience. My last order was messed up and I received the wrong items. They tried to fix it but it took forever.

Not great service
I had a pretty disappointing experience. The pickup was delayed without any notice, and it resulted in my shipment being late. Definitely not what I expected.

Frustrated with delays
Not happy with my experience. I faced multiple delays and when I tried to reach out for assistance, I felt like I was talking to a wall. Probably won’t use their services again.
