Mixed feelings about them
Used FreightHub a couple of times for shipping. They get the job done, but their tracking system is kinda confusing. You think it's moving, but then it just sits there for days. Not a total disaster, but not my favorite.

It’s pretty middle-of-the-road. FreightHub got my things delivered, but communication wasn’t great. I expected quicker responses to my emails. Might give them another chance, maybe.

Wanted better communication

Very disappointing experience
I had a terrible time with FreightHub. My shipment was delayed without any notification, and when I called to ask, the customer service was just rude. Definitely won't use them again.

Not impressed
