Not as Good as Expected

Disappointing Experience
I was really looking forward to my flight with Etihad but it turned into a nightmare. The flight was delayed by over two hours and they didn’t provide any updates. Not impressed at all.

Decent Experience Overall
I flew with Etihad last month and overall it was a good experience. The seats were comfy and the staff was friendly. The only downside was the in-flight Wi-Fi didn’t work well.

Happy With the Service

Not Bad, Not Great

Reliable and Comfortable
I've flown with Etihad a few times now and I keep coming back. The service is generally good and I appreciate the comfortable seating. A solid choice for international travel.
