Disappointing Service

Good experience overall
I flew with Etihad to Abu Dhabi and it was mostly great. The seats were comfortable and the staff were helpful. Just a minor hiccup with the food service, it took a bit longer than expected.

Great but Room for Improvement

Good Experience Overall

Fantastic Journey

Good Airline for Long-Hauls

Quite good, but...
