Very Disappointed
Absolutely terrible experience. I waited over an hour for my appointment, and when I finally got through, the doctor seemed rushed and didn’t help at all with my issue. I won’t be using them again.

Could be better
I guess it's okay for some things, but I found the service lacking. My appointment kept getting rescheduled, which was annoying. I hope they fix these issues.

It's Okay...
Honestly, I had higher hopes. The service is alright, but definitely needs improvements. I had to wait longer than expected and it wasn’t very user-friendly.

After using DocPlus, I felt let down. The doctor I spoke to was nice, but the system was a mess. Took way too long and I didn’t get the help I needed.
