Mixed Feelings
I signed up for their telehealth service but had issues with the app. Sometimes it wouldn’t connect with the doctors. The consultations were good when it worked, but the tech needs a lot of improvement.

It's okay but not great
I started using DocPlus recently and honestly? It’s just fine. It took a while to get my account set up, and responses from support are kinda slow. Not sure if I would recommend it fully.

Mixed feelings
DocPlus has its perks, but I'm not sold completely. Sure, some aspects are convenient, but I encountered multiple glitches in the app. Communication could be better too.
