Solid but Needs Improvement
DJI's customer service is decent but not super responsive. Got a little stuck with a minor issue on my drone and it took longer than expected to get help, but the product itself is solid.

Impressive Gear, Solid Performance
DJI is definitely at the top of the game. The quality of the Mavic 2 is impressive. Just wish it came with better instructions for beginners like me!

Awesome product overall!
Just bought the DJI FPV and I can't believe how immersive it is! It's an adrenaline rush, and the footage is insane. Definitely a 5-star product from me.

Good but slightly overpriced
The Phantom 4 is awesome for the price, but I feel like it could've come with extra batteries. For around 1500 bucks, I expected a little more. Still, the performance is solid. I'm happy with my purchase, just wish it included more.

Great product, not so great app
Overall, super happy with the DJI Mavic Mini, but the app sometimes bugs out on me. I hope they fix the glitches!

Good but Not Perfect
I like my DJI Phantom 4, but it takes a bit to get used to the controls. Sometimes it loses the signal in heavy trees, which is frustrating. Still, the footage is gorgeous.

Great drones but a bit pricey
I recently got the DJI Mini 2, and it’s fantastic! The camera quality is amazing. Just wish the price was a bit lower, but you get what you pay for.

Great Drone with Minor Flaws
The Mavic Air 2 is fantastic. The battery life is impressive, but the app crashes occasionally. I wish that would be fixed. Overall still a great buy.

Great drone, but...
I've been flying the DJI Mini 2 for a few months now. The camera quality is fantastic, and it’s super user-friendly. But, it sometimes loses connection when flying further than a mile. Still, overall a great product.

Very good but support needs work
DJI products are top-notch, I’ve been using the Phantom 4 for a couple of years. Only issue was when I reached out to support, they took time to reply.

Fantastic but not perfect
Really impressed with the Mavic Air 2, especially the shooting features! The only downside is the weight; carrying it around can be a pain. Other than that, it’s been a blast flying it!

Really good, just one tiny issue
The DJI Air 2 is amazing, but I found the app could use some improvements. Sometimes it crashes unexpectedly which can be annoying. Despite that, the flying experience itself is incredible.
