Solid but Needs Improvement
DJI's customer service is decent but not super responsive. Got a little stuck with a minor issue on my drone and it took longer than expected to get help, but the product itself is solid.

Mixed feelings about this one
I got the DJI Osmo Pocket a few weeks back. It’s fun to use, but I found the battery doesn't last as long as I’d like. The stabilization works great, but honestly, I’ve had better experiences with other brands.

Awesome product overall!

Good but slightly overpriced
The Phantom 4 is awesome for the price, but I feel like it could've come with extra batteries. For around 1500 bucks, I expected a little more. Still, the performance is solid. I'm happy with my purchase, just wish it included more.

Great product, not so great app
Overall, super happy with the DJI Mavic Mini, but the app sometimes bugs out on me. I hope they fix the glitches!

Good but Not Perfect
I like my DJI Phantom 4, but it takes a bit to get used to the controls. Sometimes it loses the signal in heavy trees, which is frustrating. Still, the footage is gorgeous.

Amazing drone experience!
I recently bought the DJI Mini 2 and I couldn't be happier! The image quality is stunning, and it’s so easy to fly. I took it on a hike last weekend, and the footage I captured was absolutely breathtaking. Plus, the battery life is solid about 30 minutes per charge. Highly recommend!

Solid experience with customer service
Had an issue with my drone not charging after a month. Reached out to DJI support, and they were really helpful. They helped me troubleshoot and eventually sent a replacement. Very impressed!

Great Drone with Minor Flaws
The Mavic Air 2 is fantastic. The battery life is impressive, but the app crashes occasionally. I wish that would be fixed. Overall still a great buy.

I've been flying the DJI Mini 2 for a few months now. The camera quality is fantastic, and it’s super user-friendly. But, it sometimes loses connection when flying further than a mile. Still, overall a great product.
