Great products, but the checkout can be a hassle
I've been shopping at The Container Store for a while now and I love their products. They make organizing so much easier! I recently bought some storage bins and they look great in my closet. My only complaint is the checkout process online. It took longer than expected and I ran into some glitches when trying to apply a promo code. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase though!

Great Products, Minor Issues
I ordered some storage bins and they arrived quickly. Really impressed by the quality, but one item was slightly damaged. I contacted support and they were helpful in getting me a replacement.

Quality items
They have really quality storage solutions. I picked up a couple of bins that are perfect for my closet. Just wish there were more sales.

Impressed but slight issue
The items I received are great quality, but I had a little hiccup with part of my order missing. Support sorted it out quickly, but I was hoping for a smoother delivery. Still happy overall.

Really good selection, but pricey
Overall, I had a great experience shopping here. Lots of options for organizing everything! Just wish some items were a bit cheaper. Still, I’d definitely recommend it.

Convenient and Reliable

Almost perfect

Good Quality, Too Pricey
Items are nice, but I feel some of them are overpriced. I got a few containers that do the job, but I could’ve found similar ones at other stores for less. Will still shop here because of the quality.

Good items but had a small issue
The items are great, don’t get me wrong. But one of my organizers came a bit scratched. I contact support, they were friendly but slow to respond. Still, I got a replacement.

Reliable but Slow Shipping
The products are exactly what I needed for my garage organization. However, shipping took a bit longer than I expected, which was frustrating. Customer service was decent when I reached out nothing spectacular but they did answer my questions.

Good, but shipping costs could be better

Amazing Variety, Fast Service!
