I ordered a shelving unit, and it took longer to arrive than I expected. While the product itself is good, the shipping was a pain. I had to keep checking the tracking because it kept getting delayed.

Decent but Somewhat Disappointed

I love the selection but had issues with my order. It came with a missing part. Customer service resolved it but it took time and was a bit annoying. I'm happy with the product overall but the hassle was annoying.
