Overall, I'm disappointed with Google Cloud support. I had a critical downtime, and it took three hours to get through to someone. They were helpful once I got in touch, but that’s a long time to wait when your site is offline! I really expected faster responses considering they're a major player in cloud services.

I’ve been using Google Cloud for a web project for the last few months. The speed is decent, but I did experience some downtime last week that was frustrating. Support was quick to respond, but I expected a better uptime overall. I wish they could improve their documentation too, it’s a bit hard to follow.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with Google Cloud. The interface is user-friendly, and I love their integration features. However, I did run into some pricing confusion during setup, which could have been clearer. Still, I’d recommend giving it a try.
