Average Experience
Google Cloud has its pros and cons. The uptime has been reliable, but the price can add up quickly if you're not careful. I also wish their customer service was a bit quicker to respond.

Not bad, but issues exist
The hosting is good, but I faced issues with their billing. Once they overcharged me, and it took ages to sort out! The service itself is decent, but to keep everything running smoothly I feel like I have to be on top of things all the time.

Mixed feelings

Mixed feelings
The uptime is good and it loads fast, but I find myself confused a lot by their dashboard. Documentation could also be clearer. Not bad, but could improve for new users.

Decent but has issues
Google Cloud is alright, but I’ve faced latency issues during peak hours which isn’t great. My website went down for a few hours once, and it took too long to resolve. The pricing is not too bad, but I think there are better options available with faster performance. I might switch if it doesn’t get better.

Not for everyone
It works fine, but I had to spend way too much time just setting things up. If you're not tech-savvy, it might be a struggle. Faster speeds, but the interface is a bit clunky.

Frustrating support experience
Overall, I'm disappointed with Google Cloud support. I had a critical downtime, and it took three hours to get through to someone. They were helpful once I got in touch, but that’s a long time to wait when your site is offline! I really expected faster responses considering they're a major player in cloud services.
