Chase has decent services but the fees can be a bit much. I had some trouble with their credit card rewards program not showing correctly. It took a while to figure it out.

Not perfect but decent
Chase is decent overall but I’ve had some issues with long hold times when calling support. It’s frustrating. I don't know if it's just been bad luck but I'm not thrilled with that.

I opened a checking account a month ago. The setup was easy, but I’ve faced issues with transferring money. It just doesn’t seem as smooth as I hoped. Kinda disappointing.

Chase does the job, but sometimes the app crashes which can be annoying. The fees can add up too, which isn't ideal. Overall, it’s a mixed bag for me.

I've been with Chase for a while now, and honestly, it feels a bit hit or miss. Some features are great, like the ATM network, but there have been weird issues with my checking account that took too long to resolve. Not sure if I would recommend it without some warnings.
