Solid trading platform
I've been using CEX.IO pretty heavily for trading. The mobile app is decent, and their web version is good for charting. I had one issue with a delayed withdrawal, but it was resolved after contacting support. Overall, a reliable choice.

Fairly good overall
I've used CEX.IO for a little while and liked it at first, but I noticed a few times my trades were lagging. The support team was okay, but not super quick to respond. It's good for casual trading, but could improve on execution speed.

Good overall experience
I really like the diverse coin options available. The app is smooth most of the time and I had no problems with deposits. Just wish they’d work on lowering the trading fees.

Good but could improve

Good, but some bugs
CEX.IO has potential, but I faced some issues with KYC verification. After waiting, it finally got through, and I was able to trade without problems. Would love to see improvements in this area.

Pretty good but a few hiccups
CEX.IO is solid overall, but I had some trouble with the API connection. It took longer than expected to resolve. Still, I appreciate their quick response to my inquiry and I love the trading options they provide.

Customer support is top-notch
I had an issue with my withdrawal, and their support sorted it out in no time. I was really impressed! Plus, the fees are lower than other exchanges I've used. Definitely sticking with CEX.IO!

Decent but lacking support
