Mediocre experience
I’ve had mixed feelings about CB2. Some items are fantastic, others are just okay. My experience with customer support was kind of frustrating once. I might try again, but not sure.

Mediocre service
Bought a rug online. Shipping was fine, but I had a hard time trying to reach someone for questions. The rug itself is nice, but I'm left feeling a bit frustrated.

Disappointing for the hype
I read so many good reviews, but my experience wasn't great. The couch is okay, but the color was not what I thought it would be. Just feeling let down.

Satisfactory experience
I bought some kitchen stools, and they are decent. Not the comfiest, but they look great. Just wish I could've gotten them in a different color.

Mixed bag experience
Bought a sofa and a couple of chairs. The design is stellar but the quality is okay at best. The sofa started sagging after a few months. I expected more for the price. Customer service was decent, but didn’t really help much with my concerns.

It's decent, but not perfect
CB2 has some trendy items, but I find some pieces overpriced. I ordered a lamp, and while it looks nice, the shade was a bit crooked when I unboxed it. Not a huge deal, but still annoying. Would shop again though.

Decent but not great
I got a sofa from CB2 and while the style is nice, the comfort isn't what I expected. Delivery was on time, but I just wish the cushions were a bit more plush.
