Disappointed with quality
I was pretty excited to get my new chairs but honestly, they felt cheaper than I expected for the price. One of them had a scratch right out of the box. I reached out to customer service but they took ages to respond. Not what I hoped for.

Good furniture overall
I think CB2 has a pretty solid selection. I got a nice side table that fits perfectly in my space. Just had a little issue with tracking my order, but the quality has been great so far. Would recommend!

Satisfactory experience

Great furniture, little hiccup with delivery
I really loved the couch I ordered from CB2. It looks so chic and stylish in my living room. The downside was that the delivery took a bit longer than expected, but they answered my emails quickly. Still, I'm happy with my purchase!

Not satisfying at all
I ordered a bed frame that was damaged upon arrival. Their support took forever to respond, and I was frustrated. Got a replacement after weeks, but now it squeaks. Not very happy with my experience.

Mixed bag experience
Bought a sofa and a couple of chairs. The design is stellar but the quality is okay at best. The sofa started sagging after a few months. I expected more for the price. Customer service was decent, but didn’t really help much with my concerns.

It's decent, but not perfect
CB2 has some trendy items, but I find some pieces overpriced. I ordered a lamp, and while it looks nice, the shade was a bit crooked when I unboxed it. Not a huge deal, but still annoying. Would shop again though.
