I had high hopes for Carbon Health, but my experience was pretty frustrating. The staff seemed overwhelmed and didn’t have time to address my concerns. I waited over an hour past my appointment time. Won't be coming back.

Had a terrible experience last week. My appointment was scheduled but they made me wait over 30 minutes without any update. Left feeling frustrated and like they didn’t care.

I went in for a routine check and left feeling unheard. The provider seemed rushed and didn’t address all of my concerns. I wish they had taken their time with me.

I had to wait nearly 45 minutes to get seen, even with an appointment! The doctor was okay but seemed in a hurry to move on to the next patient. I really didn't appreciate that.

I had to wait way too long for my appointment, and when I finally saw the doctor, it felt very rushed. Didn’t get the answers I needed, and the whole visit left me feeling frustrated.
