I had a good experience overall. The staff were super nice, and the doctor was knowledgeable. However, I felt like I was rushed during my visit, so I didn't get to ask all my questions. But at least I got what I needed, so I'm happy with the service.

I had a pretty good experience at Carbon Health. The check-in process was smooth and they really try to make everything easy for you. The only downside was that my appointment got delayed by about 20 minutes. Otherwise, the doctor was knowledgeable and answered all my queries.

The service was friendly and the place looked nice. It’s great they offer telehealth options too. But honestly, the wait times could be addressed better, still a solid place for health care.

I booked a telehealth appointment, and while the doctor was knowledgeable, there was a major issue getting connected. I lost about 15 minutes due to tech troubles. When I finally got through, it was a good conversation, but the wait was frustrating. Just felt let down by the tech side of things.

I went for a minor injury, and I was really impressed. The staff was super friendly and helped me get seen quickly. The doctor explained everything really well, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Plus, they also helped me with some follow-up care instructions which were very helpful.

My visit to Carbon Health was generally positive. I liked the online booking feature and the clinic I went to was easy to find. However, the nurse didn’t seem very attentive when I had some questions. If they can improve their communication, it would be a five-star experience for sure.
