Mixed feelings
Overall, the pricing is good for what you get. But the customer service could definitely use some work. I had issues with my plan and nobody seemed to know how to help.

Not impressed at all
I got my phone through Boost and it keeps glitching. Tried calling support, but they just dodged my questions. Really frustrated with this whole experience.

Not great, but okay
Service is decent in the city but forget about it in rural areas. I ended up with a lot of dropped calls. It’s cheap, which is nice, but I want reliability.

Sad about my choice
I thought Boost was going to be a good budget option, but I've had nothing but issues. My phone gets no service at the most random times. I really regret switching.

Disappointed

Disappointing experience
I switched to Boost hoping for better service. Instead, I got a phone with multiple issues and support that couldn't help me fix it. I'd rather pay a bit more for a reliable service.

Terrible Service
I had to switch from Boost Mobile after just a month. The signal was awful and customer support was no help. Paid for a plan that just didn't work. Super frustrating.
