Not great service
I've been struggling with Boost for a while now. The connection drops constantly and customer service is a nightmare. Waited on hold for almost an hour just to get my plan sorted out.

Not impressed at all

More headaches than benefits

Not impressed

Frustrated with Boost
The internet speed is so slow! I can't even stream anything without buffering. This is unacceptable and I’m really considering switching to another carrier.

Not great, but okay
Service is decent in the city but forget about it in rural areas. I ended up with a lot of dropped calls. It’s cheap, which is nice, but I want reliability.

Sad about my choice

Disappointed

Disappointing experience

Disappointing service
