I had an issue with my order, and it took ages to get a response. I expected better service, honestly. Don't know if I'll use them again.

Had a terrible experience. My order was canceled without explanation and I couldn’t reach anyone to help me. Not coming back.

I was excited to support local bookstores through Bookshop, but my order was incomplete and I didn’t get a response until days later. Not the best experience.
