Mixed feelings about service
I had to take my 5 Series in for service last month. The staff were friendly, but it took longer than expected. I had to wait almost 3 hours just for a simple oil change. Disappointed with the timing.

Great car but with some quirks
I recently bought a BMW 3 Series and I’m mostly happy with it. The drive is phenomenal, super smooth and responsive. However, I did have a few issues with the infotainment system it can be a bit laggy sometimes. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid choice for anyone looking for a luxury ride.
