Mixed Feelings
I bought a used BMW 2 Series. It drives well and looks great, but I’ve run into some electrical issues. Not what I expected from a BMW.

Mixed feelings about service
I had to take my 5 Series in for service last month. The staff were friendly, but it took longer than expected. I had to wait almost 3 hours just for a simple oil change. Disappointed with the timing.
