Good experience overall

Decent Service Overall
I signed up for BitWise a couple of months ago, and I've been using their trading platform. The transaction fees are fair, but I had some trouble with the customer support response time. It took a couple of days for them to get back to me. Overall, it's a good service, just need to improve support.

Good service but some issues
I like the platform! The trading fees are decent and the support was helpful when I had questions. However, I did encounter a delay in withdrawal which was frustrating.
