Mixed feelings
I’m not entirely sure what to think. The trading fees are decent, but I faced some issues with withdrawals that took way longer than expected. Not terrible but could definitely improve.

So I’ve been using BitWise for a couple of months now. The platform works well, but I've encountered some glitches during peak hours which frustrated me. Customer support took a bit to respond, which was annoying. Overall, it's decent but needs some improvements.

I wanted to love BitWise, but I’m a bit torn. The trading features are solid, but I had a harsh experience when trying to reach support. They were unresponsive during a critical time. I hope they improve on that.
