Solid platform overall
For the past year, I've been using BitPay to help my business accept cryptocurrency. The setup was relatively easy, and since then, the payment processing has been smooth. I do wish their transaction fees were lower, but overall, I'm happy.

Great for Everyday Use
BitPay has really changed how I handle payments. I love that I can easily convert my crypto to fiat and make payments without much hassle. Transaction fees are reasonable too, just a bit annoying during network congestion.

Very Disappointing
I had a terrible experience with BitPay. My payment was stuck for days and support was unhelpful, just kept saying 'wait'. Really frustrating, I won't use them again.

Smooth transactions, mostly!
Using BitPay for a few months now, and I gotta say, it works pretty smoothly most of the time. The fees are reasonable, but sometimes transactions take longer than I'd expect. Overall, a solid option for crypto payments.

Could use improvements

Mixed Bag with BitPay
I was really excited to try out BitPay for my transactions. The setup was pretty straightforward, but I faced some issues when trying to withdraw funds. It took longer than expected for the transaction to process, which was frustrating. Customer support was decent, but they could be quicker.
