BitPay is decent for basic transactions. However, when I had a transaction stuck for a while, reaching customer support was a nightmare. They took ages to respond, which was really frustrating. I expected better from them given how popular they are.

BitPay really shines with its features! The interface is clean, and everything feels intuitive. I had an issue with a payment processing freeze once which threw me off. After contacting support, they resolved it but I did wait longer than I would’ve liked. I hope it doesn’t happen again.
