Good platform, few hiccups
Overall, BitIo works well for me. Love the layout and the trading tools. Could use a better mobile app though, sometimes it crashes.

Good but room for improvement

Solid platform overall
BitIo has a solid trading platform. I’ve made some good trades with them. Fees are reasonable too. Just wish the app had a few more features.

Good platform but needs slight tweaks
I've been using BitIo for a couple of months now. The interface is pretty user-friendly and I like the range of cryptocurrencies available. However, the withdrawal times can be a bit slow. Overall, a solid choice but a few improvements could make it even better.

Decent experience so far
I started trading on BitIo recently. It has most of the features I was looking for and the customer service is responsive. I just wish the fees were a bit lower. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with my experience so far.
