Decent but has room for improvement
I’ve been using BitIo for a few months now. The interface is okay, but I’ve had issues with withdrawals taking longer than expected. It’s not terrible, just need some tweaking.

BitIo isn't terrible but it isn't great either. Support is slow and the features don't stand out as much. Can't say I'll stick around much longer.

Not bad, but could improve
