Disappointing experience
Auth0 has potential, but I faced too many hiccups while trying to integrate it into my app. Customer support was slow, and I felt like I wasted a lot of time troubleshooting.

Not What I Expected

Disappointed with performance
Honestly, I expected more from Auth0. The last couple of months, my app has been lagging, and I’ve had issues with user sign-ins. It’s been frustrating, and I’m considering switching to another provider if this doesn't get fixed.

Disappointed Overall
I was really excited to try Auth0, but the experience has been underwhelming. Integration took forever and the support seemed non-existent when I needed help. Definitely not living up to the reputation so far.

Underwhelmed with Support
The support from Auth0 has been lacking at times. I reached out about a problem and it took them ages to get back to me. Meanwhile, my app was down and I was losing users. Not happy with that.

Disappointed with the Support
I had high hopes for Auth0 but ran into a lot of issues with their customer support. Took forever to get a response to my inquiries. Definitely not what I expected.

Frustrated with Setup
Getting everything operational took longer than I thought. Their documentation isn’t as straightforward as I wanted it to be. I spent several evenings trying to figure it out, and I still ran into some issues.

Alright, But Has Issues
Some parts of Auth0 are great for securing apps, but I found it quite buggy when I tried to implement social login features. It would sometimes redirect incorrectly or not register new users. It’s functional but frustrating.

Average Service Overall
Auth0 does the job but can be hit or miss. Aside from user management, I find the rate limits quite frustrating at times. Sometimes the app feels clunky too. It's not terrible, but I expected better.

Disappointed with Support
I had a frustrating experience with Auth0. The support team took forever to respond to my issues, and when they finally did, the answers were not helpful. I expected better service for the price I paid.

Needs Improvement
My experience was not the best. The login options are great but the overall interface is pretty overwhelming. I wish it was simpler, maybe some better tutorials could help.

Not worth it
I had really high hopes for Auth0, but I was let down. The onboarding process was a hassle and I faced multiple bugs that took too long to resolve. I expected a smoother experience.

Good Features, Poor UI
I really like the features they offer, but the user interface could really use a refresh. As a developer, I spend a lot of time trying to navigate through it. It’s a bit too cluttered. The login options are great though.

Awful experience overall

Too many problems to recommend
I tried using Auth0 and had to deal with endless issues, authentication failed multiple times for my users. Their support didn’t really help me out either. Really disappointing overall.
