Disappointing experience

Reliable and easy to use
I just love how easy Auth0 makes it to manage user access. I set it up in about an hour, and it's been running smoothly since then. A solid platform, just what I needed.

Just Okay

Satisfactory service

Good Overall Experience
Used Auth0 for a few months now and I’m pretty satisfied. Easy to integrate, and the features are solid. Just had a small hiccup with the documentation, but support sorted it out quickly.

Pretty good tool after all

Disappointed with performance
Honestly, I expected more from Auth0. The last couple of months, my app has been lagging, and I’ve had issues with user sign-ins. It’s been frustrating, and I’m considering switching to another provider if this doesn't get fixed.

Almost perfect for my needs
Auth0 has mostly worked really well for us, especially the easy set-up for different authentication methods. Just a couple of minor bugs I encountered, but overall a pretty good experience, definitely recommend it.

Mixed Feelings About Performance
I’ve been using Auth0 for a few months now. While I appreciate the robust security features, sometimes the performance lags when I deploy new features. The API call times can vary dramatically based on load times, which is frustrating when the team works on live updates. It does what it says, but it could use some tweaks.

Disappointed Overall
I was really excited to try Auth0, but the experience has been underwhelming. Integration took forever and the support seemed non-existent when I needed help. Definitely not living up to the reputation so far.

Underwhelmed with Support
The support from Auth0 has been lacking at times. I reached out about a problem and it took them ages to get back to me. Meanwhile, my app was down and I was losing users. Not happy with that.

Amazing Service!

Mixed feelings, not what I hoped for
I find myself torn about Auth0. On one hand, the interface is nice and intuitive, but on the other, I've faced some significant downtime which has impacted user experience. Could be better.

Could be Better
