Disappointed with the delays

Not what I expected
Checked in online but still had to wait in long lines at the airport. The flight attendants seemed rushed and uninterested. I had high hopes after hearing good things.

Very disappointing
Rude staff and my luggage got lost! Took forever to find someone who could help. Really frustrating when you're trying to enjoy your vacation.
