Good but could be better
I booked a round trip and the second leg was delayed. They did provide updates but I was not impressed with the handling of the situation. Still, the flights were comfortable and the food was nice.

Good service overall
I appreciated the onboard service as well as the punctuality. A little bit more variety in food choices would be great, but I'd fly with them again for sure.

Mostly good but some hiccups
I flew with Aeroflot to Moscow last month. The flight was comfortable, and the staff was nice. Just had a slight issue with the in-flight entertainment system; it kept crashing. But overall, I’d say it was a solid experience.

Reliable choice

Worth the price!
Flew with them recently from LA to Moscow and was pleasantly surprised. Service was prompt and the plane was clean. Would definitely fly with Aeroflot again!
