Mixed feelings
I took a flight from Russia to the States and it was okay. The seat was cramped and the entertainment options were limited. On the plus side, the crew was professional and helpful.

It was okay. The flight was on time, but I expected a little more from the service. The food wasn’t great, and I had to wait a while for assistance.

So, I booked a last-minute ticket and thought I’d give Aeroflot a shot. The price was reasonable, but I wasn't impressed with the delayed flight and lack of communication. The meal was decent, though, so that’s a plus. Might try another airline next time.

Flew with Aeroflot to NYC. Boarding was a bit chaotic, and my luggage was delayed. On the bright side, the flight was comfortable and the cabin crew were very accommodating.
