Pretty good airline
I’ve flown with American a couple of times now, and I have to say it's usually a good experience. They got me to my destination on time, and the flight attendants are nice. Well done!

Decent but flawed
Flight was on time and the staff was friendly, but the boarding process was chaotic. I think they need to streamline that better. Overall, an average flight.

Disappointed with my flight experience
I had a terrible experience with American Airlines. My flight was delayed for hours without any explanation, and customer service was unhelpful when I tried to get answers. Not flying with them again.

Good for the price
I had a decent flight to Seattle. Price was right and I appreciated the punctuality. Just wished the snacks were a bit better.
