Disappointed overall
Tried Zwift for a few months. The workouts are not what I expected and it feels pretty repetitive. Really wanted to love it but it’s just not engaging enough. Super frustrating.

Very disappointed!
Zwift looked promising but has been nothing but trouble for me. The interface is confusing and often crashes. I expected better service given the hype.

Horrible customer service
Tried to get help from Zwift about my issues but the support was unhelpful. I wasted time trying to resolve technical problems without any success. I really regret signing up.

Disappointed
I was really excited about Zwift after hearing so much, but I did not have a good experience. It felt buggy and laggy on my setup. I reached out for help and it took ages to get a reply. For the price I paid, I expected way more. Just really let down.

Ugh, I had such high hopes for this. I couldn't even get my bike connected properly. After multiple tries, I gave up. It's really not as user-friendly as I'd expect.
