Decent but room for improvement
I've ordered a few times from Zomato and honestly, it's pretty hit or miss. Sometimes the food comes on time, sometimes it’s late. The customer service is okay but they could be a bit more helpful when there's an issue.

Fantastic Experience!

Good service but...
I like the variety of restaurants Zomato has, but there was this one time my delivery took forever. The food was good, but waiting an hour and a half was a bit much. Otherwise, it's great!
