Smooth experience overall
Using zkSync has been mostly positive. Transactions are fast and I’ve saved a lot on gas fees. However, I encountered a temporary glitch when trying to withdraw some funds; it took a little while to resolve. Their support was helpful, but the wait could be better. Still, I appreciate the overall efficiency of the platform.
