Mixed feelings
While Zapier has some great features, I've had a couple of hiccups with customer service when I needed help. It’s not bad but not as responsive as I'd hoped. Still useful though.

It's okay
I find Zapier useful for basic tasks, but it has some limitations. Sometimes the zaps fail for no apparent reason, which can be frustrating. I think it could use some improvements.
