Made a reservation but they lost it. After waiting, they finally gave me a room, but it had a broken lock. Felt unsafe.

Very Displeased

Shocking that the WiFi was practically non-existent. Called tech support multiple times but got no real solution. Very unhappy about that.

Disappointing Stay

Staff were rude during check-in, and my room wasn't ready. Ended up waiting an hour with my luggage!

The elevator was broken, had to climb stairs to my room. Definitely not what I expected from a Wyndham property.
