I find WP Engine to be a bit overrated. It’s good, but not as great as I expected. The support can be slow sometimes and I had a few hiccups with my billing. Overall, it’s average for where I stand.

Honestly, I was a bit disappointed. The service has good speed, but their customer support responsiveness let me down during a critical time. Thought I’d get more reliability for the money. Thinking about switching.
