Too Many Issues
I ordered 5 books and 2 showed up with stains. I reached out to customer service, they were helpful but it was a hassle overall. Not sure if I would reorder.

Poor service

Great selection, but shipping issues
I love World of Books for their extensive collection of used books. I ordered a couple of novels and was thrilled to find titles I couldn't get anywhere else, at really affordable prices. However, the shipping took longer than expected, over two weeks, which was a bit frustrating. Their customer service was helpful, but I feel like the delivery times could be improved. Overall, I'll definitely buy again, just hoping my next order gets here faster!

Really Disappointed

Disappointing experience
I ordered three books, and one was missing from my delivery! Tried contacting support, but the wait time was long and nobody got back to me. Really frustrating and I’m not sure I’ll order again.

Overall a solid service

Happy with my books

Mixed feelings about it

Mixed feelings

Very disappointed with my order
My book arrived damaged. It was badly worn and the pages were crumpled. I've tried reaching out to customer service, but I haven't heard back yet. Not happy at all!
