Disappointed with service
Honestly, I expected more from World Market. The last time I ordered, my sofa was delivered damaged and it took ages for customer service to help me out. Not impressed.

Disappointed with my purchase
I got a dining table set and it had some scratches on it. Tried to reach customer service about a replacement, but it took forever to get a response. Not happy.

Not what I expected
I really wanted to love World Market, but my recent experience wasn’t great. The furniture I got was not exactly as described online and I ended up returning it.
