Too many limitations
I expected more flexibility for my business site. The free plan has so many restrictions that it feels like you can't really do anything without paying. Not great!

Disappointed with Support
I really wanted to love WordPress, but their customer support is lacking. I had an issue with my site for days and no one got back to me. Frustrating!

Disappointing experience
I was really hoping for more. The support team was slow to respond, and one of my posts vanished. That's just unacceptable for a platform this big.
